What Kind of events can I hold Here?

Our Event Halls have been designed in flexible ways to meet your unique (event) needs!!

Accommodating a wide variety of events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, trade shows, exhibitions, theater productions, stand-up comedy, screenings, exams, meetings, auditions, rehearsals, training, parties, etc. either on large or small scales.

Can I make installment payments?

Installment payments are accepted based on the following guidelines and terms:

  •  At least 50% of the appropriate fees paid at the time of booking (this should be no later than two months before your event) balance must be paid before the event (rental period)
  • Security deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This will be returned to you the next working day after your event provided that no damages occur during rental period.

What additional benefits do I gain from renting your Hall?

Please note that each of the Halls comes with different special packages.

Benefits and Free Ad on services include:

Green Room for Special guest (terms and conditions apply), Air conditioning, Constant electricity and water, comfortable conference chairs, relaxing conference chairs, Free Facebook and Periscope live streaming for your events on our page which you can then share with friends and families, ample and secure parking space, PA systems, sound systems, Projector and screen and lots more…

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bookings but understand that sometimes an event plan might change due to unavoidable reasons. We will refund you the full payment for your bookings if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your booking arrangement. Notice for cancellation after 24 hours of booking or 30 days before your event date will then attract a refund of only 50% of the booking cost plus security deposit.

No refund will be done for cancellation 31 days after booking or a week to your event. Please note you would have to notify us about your cancellation in writing (either via email or letter) or contact the booking office before the refund process can begin.
